"Imitation
is the sincerest form of flattery";
Charles Caleb, 1820.
Usually
said ironically, when someone else tries to gain attention
by copying someone else's original work or ideas.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
I
consider myself to be a 'holistic' Personal Trainer.
People
are complex creatures, not simply a collection of bones
and muscles to hit with an exercise regime. We all have
up days and low days, our own little personal characteristics
that make each one of us unique.
My
life experiences of raising a family, my management experience,
as well as my knowledge of physiology and massage, have
taught me that we are all far greater than the sum of our
parts.
A
Personal Trainer should recognise that.
If
you’ve been looking around at the web sites of other
Personal Trainers, you’ve probably noticed that they
all churn out the usual run-of-the-mill stuff that you can
read in any one of a dozen magazines at any given time about
why you need to exercise and its inherent benefits.
I’m
not going to.
If
you’re here, you probably already know exactly what
benefits you can gain from regular exercise and you’re
probably well aware of the importance of performing that exercise
correctly.
Quite
simply, there is nothing that ensures that and motivates and
focuses like a one-to-one personal training session.
Nothing.
That
is the bottom line.
So….
If
you’re serious about changing your lifestyle and making
the most of what you have…
If
you want a Personal Trainer who’ll greet you with a
smile and make you feel at ease…
If
you want a Personal Trainer who’s actually had some
life experience and understands where you’re coming
from….
If
you want a Personal Trainer who doesn’t have an ego
the size of a planet…
If
you want a Personal Trainer who won’t try to sell you
dietary supplements that you don’t particularly need…
If you want any, or all, of these things, get in touch and
we can get to work.
