I consider myself to be a 'holistic' Personal Trainer.

People are complex creatures, not simply a collection of bones and muscles to hit with an exercise regime. We all have up days and low days, our own little personal characteristics that make each one of us unique.

My life experiences of raising a family, my management experience, as well as my knowledge of physiology and massage, have taught me that we are all far greater than the sum of our parts.

A Personal Trainer should recognise that.

If you’ve been looking around at the web sites of other Personal Trainers, you’ve probably noticed that they all churn out the usual run-of-the-mill stuff that you can read in any one of a dozen magazines at any given time about why you need to exercise and its inherent benefits.

I’m not going to.

If you’re here, you probably already know exactly what benefits you can gain from regular exercise and you’re probably well aware of the importance of performing that exercise correctly.

Quite simply, there is nothing that ensures that and motivates and focuses like a one-to-one personal training session.

Nothing.

That is the bottom line.

I am fully mobile, so my clients have a choice with regard to the location of their sessions.

I can come to you for home based sessions. Many people find, especially when first starting, that they prefer to train in their own home.

Of course, you can also choose to take your sessions within my partner health club, Total Fitness, Warrington.

You do NOT need to have a gym membership in order to train with me.

My fee is inclusive of your gym entrance fee for the session. There is no more for you to pay.

If you’re fortunate enough to have access to a communal gym where you live, I can travel to you and use the facilities that are available on your doorstep.

You may choose to take your sessions within my partner club, Total Fitness.

Here we will have a wide range of equipment to use to enable you to get the most from your session. Everything from cardio vascular & fixed weight machines to free weights and specialist equipment such as bosu balls.

You do not need a membership in order to take your sessions within the club.

 
Home Based Sessions
 
     

Many people prefer the privacy and convenience of home based sessions. Obviously, with this type of session, I come to you, so it's ideal for people without transport, or for people who can't easily get out of the house.

There is much that can be done at home, so please don't think of it as the easy option!

Much of the work I do with clients is studio based and can just as easily be done outside the gym environment.

I bring all of the equipment that we'll need, but if you have any home equipment, we may be able to incorporate that into your sessions too.

 
 

Outdoor Sessions

 

Personal Training doesn’t necessarily have to take place within the confines of a gym or your home.

Your PT session can be just as effective if it’s taken outdoors. A local park or even your own garden is an ideal location for a workout. Weather permitting, of course.

I bring all of the equipment that we’ll need with me, so you don’t have to worry about owning any yourself.

One to One Sessions (30 minutes)

Looking for a short, intense workout to keep you on track?

My half hour sessions are just what you're looking for. They're great for

keeping you focused and pushing you harder than you'd push yourself.

 

Single session: £15

There is no pre-pay option for the 30 minute sessions.

 

One to One Sessions (1 hour)

Single session: £25

Pre-Paid block of 5 sessions: £110

Pre-Paid block of 10 sessions: £200

 

Shared Sessions (1 hour)

If you'd prefer to workout with a friend, a shared session is for you.

You can share your session with up to 2 other people.

 

Single session: £20 per person

Pre-Paid block of 5 sessions: £90 per person

Pre-Paid block of 10 sessions: £160 per person

 

Work Out Program Only (1 1/2 hours)

Designed for people who want a bespoke work out program to work on by themselves.

You'll receive a full health check and lifestyle assessment, then we'll work together to design a program to fit precisely around your needs.

Single program: £35

 

Please feel free to call me for a chat about anything you see here.

Please note; pre-paid blocks must be used within 3 calendar months of the date of the first session. After this time period, any remaining sessions will be lost unless there are exceptional circumstances.
