Personal Training is all about staying motivated, aiming for the results that you want and, probably most importantly of all, being consistent.

Personal Training is not just about having someone with you in the gym (or at home if you choose to train there), it is about having someone guiding you through your entire programme of health and fitness development, which includes your training inside and outside of the gym, your diet and your lifestyle choices.

1-to-1 Personal Training covers much more than simply having a regular training session. It is a total exercise & wellbeing solution which includes...

  • 60 minute 1-to-1 Personal Training session.
  • Regular body stat measurements.
  • A sensible nutritional program.
  • A progressive, tailored program built around your body's needs.
  • A between session program for you to follow.

Sessions can be taken at your home, in a suitable outdoor location or within my personal studio and therapy room, The Studio , located just outside Warrington town centre (WA5).

If you choose to take your sessions at home, or outdoors, I bring all of the equipment that we will need with me. You don't need to own anything yourself.
