  • Lung Function
  • BMR calculation (how many calories your body needs)
  • Blood pressure
  • Resting heart rate
  • HRR (Heart rate Recovery) assessment.

The results are then compiled into a report for you to keep for future reference.

You can combine this with a bespoke program design , based on your lifestyle and health & fitness results, to make sure that you're getting the best out of your workouts.


Due to the nature of the session, Health & Fitness checks are only available within my personal studio and therapy room, The Studio, located just outside Warrington town centre (WA5).
