you join Slim 4 Health, you will receive;

personalised binder, containing your health results, body
composition records, calorie and activity goals and your diet
and activity diaries.
A
pedometer, to measure your daily step count.
A typical, four-weekly, one-hour Slim 4 Health session
will comprise of;
A
health and body composition check.
An
appraisal of the last 4 weeks diet and activity and goal setting
for the next 4 weeks.
Any
remaining time can be taken as a Personal Training session
